New England Aquarium - Boston

Jelly Fist Exhibit.
70 year old Turtle
Penguins

The New England Aquarium is run by volunteers. The first thing the volunteers learn is how to feed the penguins and then as they become accustomed to the habitat, the volunteers can move up in position to host information seminars on the exhibits and work in the sick ward of the aquarium.

The aquarium recycles the water from the Boston Harbor and pumps back out the water. This is environmentally sound and is more healthier for the animals. The cost to get into the aquarium is $18 and the gift shop is reasonable and is pretty awesome. I picked up my souvenir (a magnet) and the girls got bracelets.

If you are ever in Boston, you should go to the New England Aquarium as it has a lot to offer and you will be amazed at how many exhibits are there.
